We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate our sales team while driving business performance and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team.
* Assign leads and monitor team performance.
* Coach and develop team members.
* Ensure CRM data is updated and sales reports are maintained.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Good to excellent English proficiency.
