Finance Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Steer corporate financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting models, and variance analysis across subsidiaries.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements alongside management performance reports.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and organizational cost-control measures.
• Maintain complete compliance with IFRS, UAE financial statutes, tax obligations, and corporate governance guidelines.
• Oversee core accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll administration, and general ledger operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external audit processes, banking institutions, and government regulatory bodies.
• Guide, evaluate, and mentor internal finance personnel to maximize team output and professional growth.
Skills & Experience :
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional designations (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA) are strongly preferred.
• Professional Background: 8–10 years of progressive corporate finance experience, featuring a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. UAE or GCC market experience is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in IFRS standards, enterprise ERP environments, and advanced Microsoft Excel modeling.
• Competencies: Arabic fluency preferred. Outstanding strategic planning, financial analysis, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
