Core Responsibilities :
• Execute high-quality instruction and care tailored to the specific demands of the assigned teaching or administrative post.
• Apply the EYFS Framework to design inspiring, interactive, and child-centered learning environments.
• Safeguard child well-being while maintaining a secure, positive, and supportive atmosphere.
• Partner with colleagues, administration, and parents to drive holistic early learning growth.
• Actively engage in nursery events, parent communications, and ongoing professional development workshops.
Candidate Profile :
• Education: Relevant attested qualification required for the specific position applied for.
• Work History: Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating within a British nursery environment in Dubai.
• Framework Expertise: Solid working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and early childhood pedagogy.
• Key Attributes: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a dedicated, child-focused approach.
