Position Open: Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple engineering projects
Manage project execution, resources, procurement, and logistics
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (PMP certification is an advantage)
12+ years of experience in operations or project management
Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and project delivery
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
