š Qualifications and Requirements:
š¹ Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
š¹ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in designing, executing or supervising projects:
āŖļø Buildings.
āŖļø Zodiac signs.
āŖļø Warehouses.
āŖļø Villas.
š¹ Valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
š¹ Proficiency in the use of engineering software.
š¹ Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, engineering regulations and standards.
š¹ Strong skills in planning, coordination, and project management.
š¹ Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
š Main Functions:
š¹ Preparing and developing architectural designs and plans for projects.
š¹ Review the executive drawings and ensure their conformity with the technical specifications.
š¹ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and technical teams to ensure the quality of implementation.
š¹ Monitoring the progress of projects in the field and ensuring adherence to quality and schedule.
š¹ Prepare technical reports and provide engineering solutions when needed.
