š Duties and Responsibilities:
š¹ Lead the management of financial sustainability and develop plans and strategies to achieve sustainability and resource development.
š¹ Planning, organizing, coordinating, developing processes and following up on the implementation of operational plans.
š¹ Administrative and organizational supervision of all departments of the department and raising the efficiency of performance.
š¹ Develop innovative initiatives and ideas to promote financial sustainability and diversify sources of income.
š¹ Building and managing relationships with donors, partners, and supporters.
š¹ Follow-up on performance indicators, prepare periodic reports, and make recommendations to senior management.
š¹ Ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the non-profit sector.
š Qualifications and Requirements:
š¹ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related discipline.
š¹ At least 5 years of experience in the field of management.
š¹ Work experience in the non-profit sector.
š¹ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
š¹ Proven experience in financial resource development and sustainability initiatives.
š¹ Outstanding leadership, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and achieve goals.
