Restaurant Manager

Core Responsibilities :
• Direct daily front-of-house operations to maintain premium service and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule service personnel to maximize team efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee financial performance, daily revenue targets, cost controls, and operational budgets.
• Resolve guest feedback promptly and implement continuous enhancements to service procedures.
• Enforce full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and corporate policy standards.
Applicant Profile :
• Work Experience: Demonstrated track record managing high-volume, luxury fine-dining establishments.
• Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills are essential; fluency in Russian is a strong advantage.
• Leadership Capabilities: Strong team-building skills with a track record of staff development and floor management.
• Commercial Expertise: Solid understanding of hospitality floor logistics, guest relation strategies, and revenue management.
