Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in the field of recruitment and recruitment, preferably supervisory experience.
Experience in engineering consultancy or contracting companies is preferred.
Good experience with LinkedIn and recruitment and recruitment platforms.
Highly skilled in team management, communication, interviewing and negotiation.
Proficiency in English and use of Microsoft Office.
Saudi nationality according to the Emiratization requirements at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
