Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all financial activities related to the construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Oversee financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure proper utilization and management of Oracle financial systems.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Supervise the finance team and coordinate with auditors during audits.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction industry.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
