Car Rental Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Accountabilities :
• Manage daily vehicle rental sales, customer bookings, and client inquiry handling.
• Draft and process rental contracts, lease renewals, and return inspections accurately.
• Execute administrative procedures and regulatory compliance through government portals, including RTA and DAR.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with new and recurring rental customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor fleet availability and achieve monthly target goals.
• Address and resolve client queries or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Applicant Profile :
• Industry Expertise: Minimum 2 years of direct operational experience in the UAE car rental sector.
• Technical Mastery: Proven track record utilizing DAR, RTA, and standard rental management software platforms.
• Core Competencies: Strong sales techniques, customer relations, conflict resolution, and document accuracy.
• Licensing & Tools: Computer proficiency in MS Office; valid UAE driving license preferred.
