We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial & Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement effective business development and commercial strategies.
🔹 Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
🔹 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
🔹 Prepare and review commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender submissions.
🔹 Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
🔹 Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
🔹 Coordinate closely with operations and other internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial management, business development, sales, or a related role.
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
🔹 Proven ability to develop new business and manage commercial opportunities from lead generation through contract award.
🔹 Experience in construction, manpower services, industrial services, or related sectors is preferred.
🔹 Good understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment is an advantage.
🔹 A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
