Operation Manager - F&B
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements:
• F&B experience is a MUST
• Proven experience in multi-site operations management
• Strong leadership, cost control & operational management skills
• Experience in store performance, inventory, customer service & new store openings
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
• Valid Kuwait residency & driving license
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
• Lead and develop store management teams
• Monitor KPIs, sales, costs & profitability
• Ensure high standards of quality, service & compliance
• Support new store openings & operational readiness
