Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end Employee Benefits claims (Group Medical & Group Life)
Assess claims against policy terms, underwriting guidelines & documentation
Coordinate with clients, members, healthcare providers, brokers & internal teams
Prepare claims recommendations, approvals & maintain accurate records
Monitor outstanding claims, trends, risks & support workflow improvements
Ensure regulatory, governance & audit compliance
🔹 Requirements / Education / Certification / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Healthcare Management or related field
3–5 years Employee Benefits claims experience (insurance or TPA preferred)
Strong knowledge of medical & Group Life claims, coverage terms & exclusions
Experience using insurance & claims management systems
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & stakeholder management
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of Qatar/GCC insurance market & regulatory requirements
Strong problem‑solving & documentation skills
