HR Officer
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of HR experience
• Strong experience in Performance Management
• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Learning & Development
• Experience in developing and implementing
• HR initiatives, KPIs, and employee development programs is preferred
• Experience in Onboarding and Offboarding processes
• Experience with HR systems / HRIS and MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Fluent in English & Arabic - required
• Based in Kuwait / transferable visa
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
• Consultancy experience is an added advantage
