Storekeeper
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, store, and properly preserve materials, tools, rig equipment, and other site supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper stock control at all times.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment against approved requests and maintain complete records of all transactions.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and audits, identify shortages, and initiate purchase requests when required.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Site teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, and safe storekeeping practices.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in handling rig tools, equipment, and Oil & Gas materials, preferably at drilling rig sites.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, documentation, and ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in site conditions while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store.
