Key Accountabilities :

• Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment, candidate screening, and structured employee onboarding programs.
• Process UAE visa applications, renewals, labour cards, and official cancellations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Calculate payroll data, overtime, leave entitlements, and final settlement payments.
• Handle employee relations matters, including internal grievance investigations, policy development, and disciplinary protocols.
• Coordinate corporate insurance policies, track employee attendance records, and organize annual training schedules.
• Maintain official personnel records, draft administrative memos, and generate employment certificates.

Applicant Profile :

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work History: At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience combining HR generalist duties with office administration.
• Regulatory Expertise: Thorough, working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration workflows, and statutory compliance.
• Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, high organizational precision, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
