š¹ Position: AC Technician
š Location: *Dammam*, Saudi Arabia
Arabian Paper Manufacturing Company (WARAQ) is looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our Maintenance team and support the reliable operation of HVAC and air-conditioning systems across the paper mill and its facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of AC and HVAC systems.
Inspect and maintain split, package, central, and industrial air-conditioning units.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related faults in AC systems.
Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, motors, fans, and thermostats.
Check and maintain refrigerant levels and identify refrigerant leaks.
Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and evacuation in accordance with approved procedures.
Clean and maintain filters, coils, drain pans, ducts, and other HVAC components.
Monitor the operating condition and temperature of air-conditioning systems and report abnormalities.
Maintain HVAC systems serving electrical rooms, MCC rooms, control rooms, offices, workshops, and other critical areas.
Perform routine inspection of HVAC systems in electrical and control rooms to prevent overheating of critical equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environment.
Hands-on experience with industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, compressors, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Ability to read HVAC and electrical drawings.
Ability to work during shutdowns, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance activities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
