Facility Management
To support Facility Management & Maintenance operations in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational data from CAFM/CMMS, ERP, Helpdesk, and Excel systems.
Develop Power BI dashboards and management/client reports.
Monitor KPI, SLA, PPM, reactive maintenance, work orders, and asset performance.
Analyze manpower productivity, maintenance costs, backlog, breakdowns, and service performance.
Identify trends, data gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Provide actionable insights to Operations and Management teams.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics/Reporting, preferably in Facility Management or Maintenance.
Strong Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.
Understanding of FM KPIs, SLAs, PPM, work orders, and maintenance operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
