Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budgeting.
• Measure completed works for client and subcontractor billing.
• Support project cost monitoring, variation orders, and payment applications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Maintain QS records, reports, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–4 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, billing, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
