Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Leader to take overall ownership of a water treatment and desalination business in Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for business growth, P&L, operations, commercial development, customer relationships, assets, people, HSE and overall business performance. The successful candidate should combine strong water-industry knowledge with commercial and operational leadership and a solid understanding of the Saudi market.
Key Requirements:
6–10 years in Water Treatment / Desalination / RO / Wastewater
Strong Saudi market knowledge
Experience with mobile/containerized RO & water treatment solutions
Strong commercial exposure: BD, tenders, proposals, pricing, negotiations & contracts
Experience managing P&L, budgets, revenue, margins and costs
Strong operational and multidisciplinary team leadership
Exposure to SEC, Aramco, SWCC, Ma'aden, SABIC or similar preferred
Important: Candidates with only general chemical sales, pure water-treatment engineering/plant operations, procurement-only experience or oil & gas chemical sales without water-treatment chemical exposure would not fit the requirement.
