š Requirements:
š¹ Minimum 5 years of work experience.
š¹ Good knowledge of the off-plan (Wafi) system.
š¹ Experience in following up and monitoring construction works in projects.
š¹ Ensure the implementation of the works in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and technical standards.
š¹ Follow up on the quality of the work, document observations, and prepare technical reports.
