The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing daily warehouse transactions, reconciling system data with physical stock, and supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accurately enter, maintain, and update inventory data in Microsoft Dynamics – Inventory Module.
🔹 Record all daily warehouse inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers, ensuring transactions are updated in the system on a daily basis.
🔹 Maintain complete electronic and hard-copy records of inventory receipts and consumption transactions.
🔹 Record and maintain both standard consumption and BOM-based consumption accurately in the system.
🔹 Generate inventory reports from Microsoft Dynamics and reconcile system balances against physical stock counts.
🔹 Identify inventory discrepancies and post appropriate inventory adjustments when required and authorized.
🔹 Maintain separate and accurate records for Pulled, Repaired, and Misrun items, ensuring corresponding system transactions are updated accordingly.
🔹 Record, track, and maintain Third-Party Stock within the inventory management system.
🔹 Support warehouse operations by ensuring all inventory transactions are processed accurately and on time.
🔹 Assist with regular cycle counts, stock verification, and periodic physical inventory activities.
🔹 Maintain proper filing and documentation to ensure inventory records are complete, traceable, and easily retrievable.
🔹 Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
🌟 Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or higher.
🔹 Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics, particularly the Inventory Module.
🔹 Strong understanding of inventory transactions, warehouse records, and stock movements.
🔹 Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
🔹 Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
🔹 Ability to reconcile system inventory records against physical stock.
🔹 Good computer skills and ability to work effectively with inventory-related reports and data.
🔹 Hardworking, reliable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
