š Qualifications and Experience:
š¹ Minimum 5 years of work experience.
š¹ A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
š¹ Practical experience in strategic planning, development and follow-up of initiatives.
š¹ Ability to transform strategic goals into actionable and measurable initiatives and projects.
š¹ Experience in following up on performance indicators and preparing reports related to the implementation of plans and initiatives.
š General Requirements:
š¹ Proven experience in managing and implementing projects and initiatives.
š¹ Professional record that includes participation in similar projects.
š¹ Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
š¹ Professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/PgMP/PfMP/PMO are a plus depending on the nature of the job.
š¹ Strong stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
š¹ Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
