Senior HSE Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Execute and oversee project-wide Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems and site safety plans.
• Enforce adherence to local regulatory frameworks, TRAKHEES guidelines, and enterprise HSE policies.
• Lead daily site safety inspections, hazard identification, quantitative risk assessments, and internal safety audits.
• Direct investigation processes for site incidents, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Deliver technical safety guidance, lead site toolbox talks, and present HSE performance metrics to executive project leadership.
Applicant Criteria :
• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Work Experience: 10+ years of dedicated HSE leadership within the construction sector, with direct high-rise project exposure.
• Mandatory Accreditations: NEBOSH Diploma (or Level 6 equivalent) and valid TRAKHEES approval.
• Core Competencies: High-rise construction safety, risk management, incident investigation, regulatory compliance, and site team leadership.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
