HR Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Lead hiring for kitchen, restaurant & corporate roles
• Ensure full UAE labor law compliance (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
• Manage payroll, visa processing, onboarding/offboarding
• Oversee KPIs & performance reviews
• Drive employee engagement & well-being
• Coordinate with PROs, support Emiratisation
• Present HR reports to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR or related field
• 5–7 yrs HR experience in F&B or hospitality (2+ yrs in UAE as HR Manager)
• Strong UAE labor law knowledge
• Familiar with MS Office, HRIS, Tasheel, Tawteen
• Great leadership & communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog a plus)
• Immediate joiners preferred
