🚨 Urgent Hiring – Commissioning Specialist – Instrument / Analyzer
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

We are currently hiring an experienced Commissioning Specialist – Instrument / Analyzer for a major petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.

Basic Function
The Instrument/Analyzer Commissioning Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for instrumentation and analyzer systems are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with OPERCOM® methodology and the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during all instrumentation and analyzer commissioning activities.
Coordinate, review, and approve the quality and completeness of instrumentation and analyzer commissioning deliverables.
Assist Commissioning Unit Leaders in witnessing and monitoring commissioning activities.
Review pre-commissioning dossiers and monitor the progress of instrumentation and analyzer commissioning activities.
Review commissioning procedures, support troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with Construction, Interface, Operations, and Start-up teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to plant startup.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation and analyzer commissioning within oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical facilities.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Field Instrumentation
Process Analyzers
PCS/DCS (Process Control Systems / Distributed Control Systems)
Instrument Loop Checking, Calibration, and Functional Testing
Good knowledge of EPCC contract management, OPERCOM®, and ICAPS©.
Methodical, organized, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Previous TotalEnergies project experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates
Strong background in field instrumentation, process analyzers, and PCS/DCS commissioning.
