Looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and delivery of materials and FF&E.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and site deliveries
– Track shipments and follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders
– Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, loading, unloading, and dispatch of materials
– Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
– Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations
– Maintain GRNs, Delivery Notes, Material Transfer Forms, Reservation Forms, and shipment documentation
– Coordinate closely with Procurement, Projects, Sales, suppliers, and site teams
– Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports
Key Requirements:
– Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, and inventory coordination
– Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation
– Experience working with ERP systems
– Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
– Good communication and reporting skills
– Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
