✅ bachelor’s degree in business studies
✅ master’s degree in business/management is an added advantage
✅ 15–20 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering industries
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and management skills
✅ Strong experience in planning, overseeing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations and accommodation facilities
✅ Ability to monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
✅ Strong expertise in logistics planning, inventory control, and fleet oversight
✅ Proven ability to supervise accommodation facilities, ensuring timely upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations
✅ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
