Position: Assistant Training Manager
Support the Learning & Development function by planning, coordinating and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance, service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs and coordinate the annual training calendar.
Conduct onboarding, service standards, product knowledge, leadership and compliance training.
Work closely with department heads to address skill gaps and improve performance.
Monitor training attendance, effectiveness and employee development.
Maintain training records, materials and LMS data.
Support brand standards, UAE compliance, safety and guest-experience initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, Business or related field.
2–4 years’ L&D/training experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or beach resort.
Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of hospitality service standards and multicultural work environments.
Energetic, organized and guest-focused personality.
