š Required Qualifications and Experience
š¹ A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of human resources.
š¹ Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and related regulations and regulations.
š¹ Practical experience in managing personnel affairs and career files.
š¹ Proficiency in dealing with government platforms and executing and following up on related transactions.
š¹ Good knowledge of localization requirements, scopes and wage protection.
š¹ Highly skilled in organizing, following up and managing priorities.
š¹ Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and dealing with employees.
š¹ Accuracy and ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee data and information.
š Tasks and Responsibilities
š¹ Manage and follow up on the day-to-day operations of human resources and personnel affairs.
š¹ Follow-up on employee contracts, vacations, attendance and departure, and job files.
š¹ Implement and follow up on the procedures for recruitment, joining, disqualification, and termination of services.
š¹ Follow up on the domains, Emiratization, and compliance percentages and ensure that the relevant requirements are met.
š¹ Follow-up on the protection of wages and salaries through the Madad platform.
š¹ Follow-up on the registration, exclusion and updating of employees' data in social insurance.
š¹ Manage and follow up human resources transactions through forces, social insurance and mads.
š¹ Follow-up of government and administrative transactions through Baladi, Salama, the Saudi Business Center and the Riyadh Chamber.
š¹ Prepare reports, data and statistics related to human resources.
š¹ Implement human resources policies and procedures and follow up on compliance with them.
š¹ Receive and address employee inquiries and problems in accordance with the approved systems and policies.
š¹ Coordinate with the various departments to ensure the completion of procedures and transactions on time.
