š Qualifications & Requirements
š¹ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
š¹ Proven experience managing and delivering IT and technology-related projects.
š¹ Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project delivery.
š¹ Ability to manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
š¹ Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
š¹ Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior management.
š¹ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
š¹ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies is an advantage.
š¹ Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile would be an added advantage.
š Key Responsibilities
š¹ Lead IT projects from initiation and through execution, implementation, and closure.
š¹ Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
š¹ Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
š¹ Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
š¹ Coordinate activities between IT teams, business functions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
š¹ Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
š¹ Lead project meetings and ensure actions, decisions, and deliverables are properly tracked.
š¹ Ensure projects achieve their intended business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
