🔹 Job Responsibilities:
All type to Customs Bills (Dubai Trade portal) &Municipality Clearance.
Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations.
Handle import/export documentation and ensure timely shipment processing.
Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and customers.
Track shipments and update clients with accurate status.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.
Support warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (Logistics/ SupplyChain preferred).
Experience in shipping & logistics operations(Import/Export, Freight, Documentation).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ifapplicable).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Can Speak, Hindi, Urdu & English.
