š Qualifications and Requirements
š¹ An engineering qualification appropriate to the nature of the job.
š¹ Hands-on experience in quality control and control (QC) within an industrial environment or engineering projects.
š¹ Good knowledge of inspection and inspection procedures and ensuring that the works and products conform to specifications.
š¹ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
š¹ Knowledge of preparing and reviewing inspection and quality reports and technical documents.
š¹ Familiarity with the relevant standards, technical specifications and quality management systems.
š¹ Strong skills in analyzing problems, identifying non-conformities, and following up on corrective actions.
š¹ High precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in the office and field.
š¹ Good communication and coordination skills with engineering and production teams.
š¹ Ready for immediate action.
š Tasks and Responsibilities
š¹ Implement and follow up quality control and inspection activities in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
š¹ Ensure that materials, works, and products conform to drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
š¹ Conducting inspections and receipts and documenting test results and observations.
š¹ Prepare quality reports, inspection, and keep records and related documents.
š¹ Issue and follow up on non-conformity reports (NCR) when needed.
š¹ Follow up on the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
š¹ Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to process quality feedback.
š¹ Participate in internal and external audits and quality requirements.
š¹ Follow up on quality indicators and contribute to reducing defects and rework.
š¹ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and raising the quality of products and engineering works.
