We are hiring! IW Express is looking for an energetic, target-driven Outdoor/Field Sales Officer to join our team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & acquire new B2B customers.
Promote courier, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
Requirements:
3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or express delivery.
Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
Valid Kuwait driving license.
Strong network within the local business community (advantageous).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Transferrable residency.
