Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and continuous development of the IB PYP framework
• Ensure curriculum, teaching practices, and assessments align with IB standards
• Provide professional development, coaching, and guidance to the academic team
• Manage IB documentation and coordinate authorization and evaluation requirements
• Embed the IB Learner Profile, student agency, and international-mindedness across the school
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred
• 5+ years of educational experience with proven IB PYP leadership experience
• Recognized IB training or certification
• Strong curriculum, coaching, leadership, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
