Public Relations Officer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all government relations, official transactions, and document clearance procedures independently.
• Manage new visa applications, residency renewals, cancellations, MOHRE quota updates, work permits, and Emirates ID processing.
• Track, update, and renew corporate licenses, commercial registrations, tenancy contracts (Ejari), and governmental permits.
• Liaise directly with ministry officials, municipality departments, and local government authorities.
• Maintain organized physical and digital databases of employee passports, visas, labor contracts, and legal company documentation.
• Ensure company operations comply with updated UAE labor regulations and immigration requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Work Experience: Proven background as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) within the UAE, preferably supporting construction, contracting, or corporate service firms.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Economy & Tourism, Tasheel, Amer), labor laws, and official approval channels.
• Core Competencies: Document processing efficiency, administrative tracking, official government liaison, problem-solving, and time management.
