Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger posting, and general accounting entries for F&B trading operations.
• Process customer invoicing, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and audit vendor statements.
• Execute daily bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and financial record auditing.
• Prepare UAE VAT calculations, maintain tax documentation, and file quarterly tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
• Compile monthly balance sheets, income statements, and basic financial summaries for management review.
Requirements & Skills :
• Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in the UAE (F&B or trading sector background preferred).
• Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT filing procedures, cloud accounting platforms, and advanced MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: General ledger reconciliation, bookkeeping, invoice processing, tax compliance, and organizational skills.
