Esri Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. The role will focus primarily on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, reconciliations, and ZATCA compliance, while supporting accurate and efficient day-to-day accounting operations.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
▪️ 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
▪️ Strong understanding of general accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
▪️ Good working knowledge of ZATCA requirements and Saudi tax invoicing regulations.
▪️ Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
▪️ Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly relevant to the role.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
▪️ Strong English communication skills.
▪️ High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
▪️ Strong organizational and document-management capabilities.
▪️ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounting tasks effectively.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Accurately record and process daily business and accounting transactions in the accounting system.
▪️ Prepare and issue tax invoices in compliance with applicable legal and ZATCA requirements.
▪️ Process and review vendor and customer invoices/bills.
▪️ Manage and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
▪️ Perform periodic account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
▪️ Verify that invoices and supporting documentation meet applicable ZATCA requirements.
▪️ Track and monitor routine organizational expenses.
▪️ Maintain complete, accurate, and properly organized financial records and supporting documents to ensure audit readiness.
▪️ Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams regarding invoices, billing, and reconciliations.
▪️ Communicate with external vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries, invoice verification, and payment reconciliation.
▪️ Utilize Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Office to maintain and analyze financial information efficiently.
