▪️ Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies.
▪️ Relevant legal experience of a minimum of 3 years.
▪️ Practical experience in the preparation, drafting and submission of legal memoranda.
▪️ Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and interpretation.
▪️ Good knowledge of the relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
▪️ Ability to study issues, facts and documents and identify the legal aspects associated with them.
▪️ Good English language proficiency.
▪️ Strong skills in communication, organization, follow-up, and priority management.
▪️ Accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining the confidentiality of information and legal documents.

🌟 Major Tasks and Responsibilities
▪️ Conducting research and legal studies related to the company's business and issues.
▪️ Prepare, draft, and review legal memoranda, responses, and related letters.
▪️ Studying the laws, regulations and decisions and providing a legal opinion on their application.
▪️ Review and analyze documents, contracts, and correspondence related to legal matters.
▪️ Supporting the legal team in preparing cases, claims and disputes files.
▪️ Follow up on updates and changes in Saudi laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's business.
▪️ Organize and maintain files, documents, and legal records.
▪️ Coordinate with internal departments and relevant authorities on legal requirements.
▪️ Prepare legal reports and summaries and follow up on the procedures and dates associated with the files.
