Key Requirements:
Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and cost management
Experience with BOQs, tendering, valuations, variations, claims & final accounts
Strong knowledge of MEP contracts and commercial management
Experience managing subcontractor accounts and payments
Previous experience as a QS Manager / Senior QS is preferred
UAE construction experience is preferred
