Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Competencies :
• Log daily revenues, operational expenditures, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable schedules, pursuing overdue customer accounts.
• Perform routine bank and cash account reconciliations while supervising petty cash transactions and advance disbursements.
• Track project-based revenues, expenditures, and net profitability metrics.
• Maintain complete VAT document archives and assist with periodic UAE VAT filing tasks.
• Facilitate administrative liaison with financial auditors, vendor representatives, and commercial clients.
Skills & Experience Required :
• Educational Background: Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Technical Software Skills: Hands-on experience operating accounting ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Domain Knowledge: Practical familiarity with general accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, and standard UAE VAT guidelines.
