Health, Safety & Compliance Lead
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Formulate, deploy, and monitor workplace health, safety, and operational compliance frameworks.
• Execute regular risk assessments, safety audits, and physical facility inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and establish actionable corrective and preventive measures.
• Design and deliver targeted HSE training modules and promote employee safety awareness.
• Direct full compliance with UAE health and safety statutes, labor rules, and internal policies.
• Maintain complete compliance documentation, logs, and formal HSE analytical reports.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Education & Certifications: Professional health and safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or recognized equivalent) highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: Demonstrated HSE background within family entertainment centers (FEC), hospitality, leisure, or fast-paced operational environments.
• Core Competencies: Expert knowledge of UAE HSE legal standards, risk management, root-cause investigation, safety auditing, staff training, and team leadership.
