Sales Executive – Logistics
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Accountabilities :
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Promote logistics services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate to successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Skills & Experience :
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure; strong customer relationship management skills; UAE driving license preferred; immediate joiners or candidates with logistics industry experience preferred.
