Construction Manager (Civil)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of civil construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities.
• Monitor project costs, control budgets, and prepare progress reports.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction planning tools is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
