Job Description :
• Reaching out to and following up with prospective clients by phone and digital channels.
• Understanding what each client needs and explaining treatments and services clearly.
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Keeping client records updated and accurate in the CRM.
• Hitting monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Delivering a consistently positive, professional client experience.
Job Details :
• Proven sales experience — telesales or call centre background is a strong plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and services.
• Reliable, results-driven, and comfortable owning targets.
• Strong customer service instincts and relationship-building skills
