Operate and monitor MASA block/interlock production machines
• Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements
• Monitor production quality, dimensions, vibration and compaction
• Operate the machine for production of concrete blocks, interlocks and paving products
• Identify machine faults and carry out basic troubleshooting
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection and preventive maintenance
• Monitor production output and minimize wastage
• Maintain daily production and machine operation records
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation
