We are looking for a professional Arabic Speaker Service Advisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prepare estimates, follow up on repairs, and coordinate with workshop teams.
Good computer skills and experience using workshop/CRM systems is an advantage.
The position is available for both:
Mechanical Workshop
Car Care Center
