Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Camp Boss handling blue-collar workforce.
• Experience in managing workers and camp-related activities.
• English & Hindi – Mandatory
• Good computer knowledge and efficiency is mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be capable of handling daily camp operations, worker issues, attendance, transportation coordination, and documentation.
