MAF Group is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales & Procurement Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The position combines sales, procurement, technical-commercial evaluation, client communication, vendor sourcing, and RFQ management, making it suitable for candidates with an engineering background and an understanding of equipment spare parts.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
▪️ Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
▪️ Good knowledge and understanding of equipment spare parts.
▪️ Ability to understand and evaluate the technical and commercial terms & conditions of offered materials and product selections.
▪️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to work.
▪️ Excellent attention to detail.
▪️ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
▪️ Knowledge of the Saudi or GCC market with 3+ years of experience is preferred but not mandatory.
🌟 Language Requirements
▪️ English: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
▪️ Arabic: Not mandatory.
▪️ Candidates should clearly mention their mother tongue in the CV.
🌟 Driving Requirements
▪️ Driving ability is preferred.
▪️ A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
