Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DHA licensed or DHA eligible Consultant Plastic Surgeon for their client in Dubai which is a new specialist Dermatology and Laser clinic. We are looking for an experienced Plastic Surgeon with strong clinical and aesthetic experience who is interested in developing their practice within a new specialist clinic on either a part-time or full-time basis. This opportunity would particularly suit an established Plastic Surgeon who currently operates or practices at a hospital or surgical facility in Dubai and is looking for an additional professional consultation base, as well as a surgeon seeking to establish or expand their patient portfolio in Dubai. The clinic will provide a patient-facing base where the Plastic Surgeon can consult, assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment follow-up, while surgical procedures may continue to be performed at the candidate's existing hospital or licensed surgical facility subject to appropriate clinical privileges and regulatory arrangements. The Plastic Surgeon will provide evidence-based and ethical recommendations for aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, ensure realistic patient expectations and maintain the highest standards of informed consent, patient safety, clinical documentation and governance. The successful candidate will work alongside Dermatology, laser, medical-grade skincare and other clinical and aesthetic services and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the clinic's Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine offering.

Salary : Aed 75,000 plus incentives or revenue sharing (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
